Hello, I’m Dr. Tricia Kapavik, Known as The Mind-Body Detox Doc.

Throughout my career, I’ve encountered countless patients who have spent years searching for solutions to their health challenges, only to be met with disappointment and frustration.

Their stories fuel my determination to provide real, lasting solutions through my programs.  It has been my privilege to guide people to enjoy incredible and lasting results so they can live to their fullest potential… Naturally!

These experiences have also reinforced my belief in the body’s innate ability to heal itself without relying on drugs or invasive procedures.

They inspired me to dedicate myself to developing personalized programs that empower individuals to reclaim their health and vitality naturally.  

In my journey towards becoming The Mind-Body Detox Doc, I’ve encountered my own struggles and challenges. Like many of you, I’ve experienced the frustration and uncertainty that come with feeling stuck and unable to reach my full potential.
